Replace seized stopcock under sink in Westbourne and West Cliff

Job description:We have a pretty old stopcock, copper to copper from what I can see from my limited experience, there is not much space to work with under the sink and it is seized half off which is causing the water pressure to be pathetic!
Looking for some advice and a solution.
