Shower mixer valve needs re-setting/re-placing. Also bad smells from shower plughole. in City

Job description:(1) Thermostatic mixer valve was constantly letting just cold water through. Fiddled with it and now just hot water. Needs re-setting or replacing if broken. (2) Same shower has bad smell from plug hole. Have passed a lot of water through but persists. Unsure of issue. Needs looking at.
