Central heating fine. Radiators- some work fine, some work partially, and some don't work at all in Thornbury

Job description:3 Bedrroms upstairs- radiators don't get hot at all. Closet upstairs- radiators don't get hot at all Bathroom downstairs and front room- radiators get partially hot. I have bled the radiators- no air comes out, and neither does the water.
