Leak behind toilet coming through ceiling in Brigg and Wolds

Job description:leak behind toilet (however today a big bubble of water come through ceiling) damp patch on ceiling, also we were quoted for a power flush and to change our bath round as we had a previous leak and it came through the ceiling and unable to plaster ceiling until a plumber comes out, as our last plumber cancel five times (but we are unsure now what the previous plumber said that needed to be done is what is neederegarding the other jobs, main one today is the leak behind toiletd so i would want a fresh opionion
