Job description:2 problems - the thermostat seems to have disconnected. I can't get the heating to work when I want it to work. Needs checking. And there is an overflow pipe pouring excessive amounts of water onto the back step. I don't understand where it is all coming from and I want the pipe redirected, and the issue of the volume of water checking. These are small jobs, but urgent! THANKS.
