Toilets Not Flushing in Preston Park

Job description:Hi We have just moved into our new house. There are 2 toilets, but neither one is working. It seems they have different problems though. We managed to make one flush work eventually by manually filling up the cistern - it seems that when it does re-fill with water it only goes half-way which is not enough for the flush to work. The other one just does not work at all. The cistern is full but there is no reaction to flushing even when done manually directly in the cistern. Both have quite dodgy flushing handels, so these may need replacing too on top of repairing the actual cause of the problems. Frifay 17th October would be ideal for someone to come around.
