Fit an outdoor tap and recalibrate a shower in Saltdean

Job description:We have no outdoor water tap for hosing, etc and need one fitted - it is right outside a downstairs bathroom and the kitchen. Also our shower has stopped getting hot and I am not sure how to recalibrate it - it is a Burlington thermostatic shower valve.
