Install central heating in Bishopsworth

Job description:Install central heating. Combi boiler required. Three radiators needed, potentially a fourth SMALL one if within price range. Hot water tank needs to be taken out so I have hot water on demand. Only complication is building has concrete floors, so need to either run pipes around bottom of walls, or go (preferably) go through the ceiling. Start work ASAP!!! Work must be under £2K due to budget constraints. (Washing machine needs temporarily connecting by first quoter please)
