Toilet cistern fill pipes in Horfield

Job description:I have a relatively new high level cistern (like a vistorian loo) that was fitted by a dodgy builder. It is filled direct from the mains (ie no value to reduce the flow) and every time that I flush it, when it stops it causes a great big bang and the pipes move around and bang under the floor. The bowl will have to be detached to look under the floor to the pipes. The pipe run into the wall and then come out at the cistern height (c. 2m up the wall)
