Job description:need to install new gas combi boiler in kitchen as replacement for baxi back boiler in lounge with associated tank in second bedroom. Will need gas running from nearest 22mm pipe and domestic water and LTHW circuit plumbing in and redundant system capping off. Keen to do as much of the grunt work ourselves to keep costs down ie lifting carpets and floor boards.
