Job description:Dripping kitchen mixer tap. When another water source is used in the property, the kitchen tap makes a loud 'humming' noise and a constant stream of water flows out. It only stops once the hot water side of the tap is pushed in towards the main body of the tap. It sometimes goes off randomly with no other water source being used in the property. Has been suggested it could be a worn out ceramic fitting in the tap that needs replacing or that the tap itself needs to be replaced.
