Job description:Replace old boiler with worcester cdi 440 condenser boiler complete with horizontal flue and condensate drainage pipework.Relace 10 radiators with TRV's,install wall programmer and room thermostat using existing radiator pipe work(maybe old imperial radiators,replaced with Stelrad metric ones)Remove 2 x redundant water tanks and old pipework.Power flush system also and install inhibitor to system.I will buy materials.
