Radiator not heating and water not reaching headder tank on and off in Beddgelert

Job description:To solve a recent problem of one readiator not heating up. The second problem is that occasionally water is not reaching a header tank. The water supply to the house is pumped from a well in the grounds after appropriate filtration. The heating is by Oil.
