Bathroom Floor repair & water pump change in Butetown

Job description:Repair section damaged floor underneath bathroom tiles & replace bathroom floor tiles (approx 2mX2m bathroom) Repair loose tap in bathroom (requires removal and replacement of some bathroom wall tiles) Re-seal bath - silicon has come loose Water pump needs replacing, motor seems to have burnt out. Cold water tank inflow doesn't seem to turn off when tank is full - needs fixing.
