Job description:The bathroom was fitted a couple of years ago but was done badly. The tiling and flooring is now decaying and the plumbing causing problems. Intend to reuse the bath, sink and WC but remove all, repair flooring, reinstall with renewed plumbing, then tile all affected areas. Also require 2 immerssion heatersreplaced in boiler, ball cock replaced in water tank and temporary piping renewed.
