Job description:Have noticed a leak from/surrounding a pipe coming through the kitchen ceiling. Bathroom is directly above and water only leaks through after a bath/shower. Pipe from radiator appears to be directly above area where we see the pipe come through the kitchen ceiling and the leak. Pipes not easily accessible, may need to make small hole in kitchen celing to access?
