Replace immersion heater in Heath

Job description:Tank will need to be drained and the immersion heater replaced. I have a spare immersion heater element so you will not need to provide this. There is also some seal leakage/corrosion on a inspection port seal some 2/3 of the way up the tank which can be looked at the same time if possible
