To correct soil stack and connecting pipe arrangement in Whitchurch and Tongwynlais

Job description:A tidying up exercise to correct the odd arrangement which exists with pipes connected to the soil stack, and the sink waste pipe not discharging into the soil stack but into a drain gulley. It needs a real plumber to organise the pipes in a professional manner. I think a new soil stack pipe and improved connections etc is required. With the warm weather today I opened a patio door and wondered what the smell was, similar to sewage, I traced the problem to the gulley being full with debris and the incorrect connections of pipes. To anyone who knows what they are doing it is elementary plumbing. If pride is taken in doing a job you cannot lose on this as it will be such a superior end product if done properly! Help please!
