2 washing machines, one leaking, one with lights flashing & not working. in Portsoken

Job description:The machines are in adjoining flats belonging to me. My machine has been leaking for a while and gradually getting worse. I have contacted the manufacturerers for my tennant's machine and they have said it will be a blockage, possibly limescale for both. Mine also has a split in the rubber at the front which means it is leaking slightly from the door as well. Could this be replaced?
