Fix or replace rads in Boxted

Job description:First winter in new house (old house though) and with heating on full, house remains below required temp. When heating on and rads turned up full, some hot (can only touch for a second) and others luke warm. If there is a prob with individual rads, either 1)Fix if possible 2)Quote for replacing with more powerful models. Would be looking for availabilty before Christmas, preferably this week. Thanks Andy
