Electrical and plumbing inspection in Mile End

Job description:As part of a pending house purchase I am looking to arrange a full inspection of the current heating and plumbing systems. 6 bedroom property of about 4,000 square feet. I would need to know current capacity for hot water and some idea of current condition and suggested improvements which may be needed. Also interested in potential bathroom addition/alteration so will need some plumbing schematic and feasibility study. New Bosch condensing boiler and a number of other boilers and hot water tanks sited throughout the house
