Toilet does not flush in Chipstead

Job description:Probably a very simply job to reconnect something, which I would do myself. However, it is a 'back to wall' toilet and I can't get to the cistern. The unit which the toilet fits into will need to be cut into to enable access to the cistern. Need a plumber who can cut into the top of the unit which is made of ply wood then covered with tiles. The top of the unit will need to be made good again. I have spare tiles so no problem.
