Job description:Installation of new condensing boiler - removal of hot water tank and knocking down/remove the airing cupboard to extend bathroom. Installation of new fittings in bathroom - Tiling of bathroom (floor and walls). Installation/creation of wet room (which involves removal of false wall and current shower tray) in En-Suite. Installation of new suite for En-suite and also for the cloak room. One radiator to be removed as well as a wall between kitchen and dining room is to be removed.
