Job description:I HAVE AN OUTSIDE STOPCOCK THAT WILL NOT SHUT OFF PROPERLY. I AM NOT SURE IF IT NEEDS REPLACING OR WHETHER WE CAN USE THAT WHITE TAPE THAT PLUMBERS USE TO HELP SEAL IT. I WANT TO KEEP MY COSTS DOWN AS I AM HAVING BUILDING WORK DONE IN THE NEXT MONTH OR SO AND THE STOPCOCK WILL PROBABLY BE REMOVED ALTOGETHER
