Shower faulty in Upper Stoke

Job description:This is on behalf of my parents who are elderly and it's regarding their shower unit which is not safe to use, you could use it and it could be fine, then try it again and the red light doesn't come on and the water is equal to boiling water from a kettle, no matter what number the dial is on,try it again and it could be cool. If the light doesn't come on, a click can be heard when turning the dial, sorry at this moment i don't know what kind of shower it is
