Job description:No main cpc bond to gas incomer-4 No main cpc bond to water incomer-4 No cross bonding at boiler-4 No main smoke detector fitted-2 Supply cable showing signs of burning at DB-1 No rcd protection facility fitted-4 Damaged ceiling rose holder in bedroom needs replaced-2 Fuse holder cracked and needs replaced-1 Consumer unit obsolete and can no longer aquire spare parts-4 Open circuit on sockets, needs corrected-2/3 Further investigation required to see if all sockets have Earth sleeving on earth core-2/3 Shower cable 6.0mm2 T+E and shower supply fuse is 40 amp-2
