Job description:New sure stop needs fitting initially as stop tap is seized up. New suite to be fitted, one out, one in as all pipe work in tact,possible minimal tiling behind sink and loo,galvanised water tank at end of life needs replacing. New towel rail radiator to be plummed in, existing pipe work needs adapting.
