Replace main stop cock, find cut off point for an exterior tap in Conon Bridge

Job description:The main stop cock is extremely hard to turn on or off, and it never turns off completely. I need this replaced - there is a supply stop cock outside the house but it is some1inches belowground level and I cannot operate this. We have three external taps, and know where the interior stop valve is for two of these but not the third. In each of the past two winters, the one we could not turn off has had a pipe burst. I would either like the stop on this to be located, or replaced with one that is readily accessible I am no longer fit enough to effect the replacement should it occur again
