Replace main stop cock, find cut off point for an exterior tap in Conon Bridge

Job description:The main stop cock is extremely hard to turn on or off, and it never turns off completely. We have three external taps, and know where the interior stop valve is for two of these but not the third. In each of the past two winters, the onde we could not turn off has had a pipe burst. I am no longer fit enough to effect the replacement should it occur again
