Stop cock needs replacement in Lochee

Job description:Hi My student son has a top floor flat in Yarrow Terrace and he needs the main stop cock replacing. The current stop cock does not shut off the water completely and as I have been roped in to fit a new kitchen I need to be able to shut off the water whilst I change the sink over. I understand that this may mean shutting off the water to the block whilst this is done but we would of course take responsibility for advising the tennants of this. I would be looking for someone to to this on the 27/28 February ish (not before the 26th). Thank you Richard Manning
