Job description:Hello there, We live in a ground floor tenement flat with 4 storeys. The central down pipe that we think serves the 8 flats in our building has a leak which seems to be coming from the out pipe from the flat above us. To this end it seems that every-time they expel a lot of water from their flat the water is seeping out of the pipe and hence creating an overflow of water in the close (which connects all flats to the common garden) that runs underneath our bathroom. The council came out and supposedly fixed the issue but it is definitely not fixed! We are worried about the pipe bursting and the damage it is causing to the building plus our flat (specifically) our toilet walls are being affected with water damage and damp. Can you please let me know if you can help or recommend anyone that can? Please confirm if you are able to come out and take a look to give an estimate for the work required to fix the issue.
