Leaking kitchen tap in Liberton Gilmerton

Job description:I have a dripping High-Tec monobloc tap mark 2 tap in the kitchen. I can't find a replacement plastic cartridge to fix it. If possible, I would like the leak to be fixed, or else I would like the tap to be replaced with one of a similar design.
