Install Dishwasher (including new plumbing) and Washbasin (inc new plumbing) in WC in Auriol

Job description:Dishwasher to be installed by taking out an exiting kitchen cabinet (standard Ikea Type- quite easy), adjacent to a Kitchen Sink (so quite an easy access for the waste pipe) and obviously connect to a power source. It is a ground floor kitchen in a semi-detached house. To install a small wash basin in a WC adjoining a bathroom. There is currently no washbasin- to clarify.Washbasin will be on a common wall for the WC and bathroom, so access to hot and cold pipes should not be too complicated. Typical of 1930 style semi detached. Please quote for labour and materials such as pipes etc (excluding obviously dishwasher and washbasin, taps and fitting etc), separately for the two jobs but I will like the same person to do both. Dishwasher should be maximum 1-1.5 hrs and Washbasin around 2-3 hrs in my view.
