Leaking old lead pipe in back yard in Pharos

Job description:I have an old lead pipe in my back yard which burst during the cold weather in the winter, a temporary repair stopped the immediate leak. The temporary repair has stopped working and the pipe is leaking again. I would like the leak stopping and if possible the pipe removed. Thanks
