Shower leaking through down to kitchen ceiling in Low Fell

Job description:tenant has reported a leak which occurs each time the show is used, resulting in water dripping through the kitchen ceiling below. It is not clear whether it is a plumbing issue or problem with sealant etc. I need someone to go the the property, identify the problem and quote for repair and any remedial works that need doing. I am sure it is just a small issue but it obviously needs seeing to ASAP, before further damage is done.
