Combi boiler. The shower changes from being hot to luke warm after a few mins in Pelaw and Heworth

Job description:Its an Ideal Isar HE24 combi boiler. It recently started to run luke warm water instead of hot. It runs hot when reduced to a trickle. I haven't tried the central heating recently. The pressure gauge is at zero and doesn't move. The gauge was replaced 2 years ago so perhaps this part is broken again?
