Job description:Despite sealing the shower enclosure with mastic there is still a leak that seems to be coming from under the shower tray and adjacent skirting board. Sometimes there is very little water but at other times the floor beneath the vinyl floor covering is very wet and the water has spread over practically the entire floor. There is an inspection hatch in the floor in the shower room.
