Problems with the low flow of hot water in Linn

Job description:Hot water no longer flowing properly, unless run at a very low rate. Heating still operating through boiler OK. Radiators bled and pressure re-set to 1.2 bar, but rate has raced up to near 3.5 when running hot bath with low flow.
