Leak visible at downstairs ceiling in Neilston

Job description:a large wet patch has appeared on the kitchen ceiling directly below and adjacent to where the bathroom waste is ,upstairs.Had a look at it behind the cistern and can see no sign of water therefore cannot tell where it is coming from.
