Small leak from tank in airing cupboard at pipe connection in Abbeymead

Job description:noticed a soft spot on ceiling of kitchen. on investigation upstairs above spot we were in the airing cupboard and there appears to be a small leak of water where the pipe enters the tank at the bottom. This water seems to have dripped down off the tank and fed through the floorboards under the tank slightly damaging a small area on kitchen ceiling.
