Job description:Job 1: The joint between our sanitop (macerator pump for toilet) and the waste pipe is leaking and needs repairing or replacing (must be a rigid joint, not 'push fit'). Job2: The handle that operates the syphon in our toilet cistern keeps coming loose, making it difficult to flush (this is a different toilet than the one with the sanitop unit). Job 3: The hot tap in our bathroom hand basin is loose and also needs the washer replacing.
