Water Leaking from Bathroom into Kitchen in Barton and Tredworth

Job description:When someone has a bath and lets the water out, drips of water come down through the kitchen ceiling directly below. It does not seem to do it when the sink, toilet or shower are used. I have checked underneath the bath and everything is perfectly dry. The leak must be under the floor. This is the first time this has happened in the 6 years we have been at this house.
