Job description:If you are not gas qualified, am happy to sort out a gas plumber seperately once water feed pipework complete. Floors in house currently lifted and plasterboard wall for access to studwork removed for plumbing in. No access problems. LPG gas supply plumbed in 22mm. Require re-plumbing of existing feed and return pipework, including: Pipework installation for 30Kw system boiler (valliant or Worcester 30Kw) Pipework installation and advice on a suitable unvented 2 coil indirect system tank Installation and testing of pipework for radiators around the house. Installation of cold feed and hot flow pipework upstairs, to feed 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite. replacement of some plastic push fit piping with soldered 15mm and 22mm pipework. I have approx 20m of 22mm and 15m of 15mm copper tube, yorkshire fittings and have tried my best to allow access. I estimate that this will be around 3 days work, possibly 4. Will purchase boiler and unvented tank personally once agreement is reached over the best options for the install to minimise cost.
