Job description:I have a Mega Flow hot water tank in my flat in Gosport. I am advised that due to likely corrosion to the bottom immersion heater, that and the thermostat need replacing. The Mega Flow is only about 5 to 6 years old. I am advised that the work involvede is To drain down hot water tank To supply and fit new Mega Flow bottom immersion heater and thermostat To re-fill hot water tank and to run and test. I am out of the country currently and the property is a tenanted flat, owned by me. Access will be arrfanged through my local agents
