Job description:There is a leak from the bathroom down to the flat below. I think this may be under the bath, or from the washbasin. I would also like a landlord's safety check done on the boiler (Potterton Performa). I would like it checked over as the central heating is working fine but I can currently only get hot water when the heating is on. If at all possible I would like one plumber to complete both jobs. (I will repost this under the gas boiler job type too).
