Job description:Toilet is Ideal Standard, modern design (sorry can't find suite name) and the flush button broke and needs replacing and fitting. Also tap in kitchen (Damixer Orbit - mono upright with arm) the arm won't stay in place, keeps falling down - possiblty something simple as a washer?
