Refurbishment of quality bathroom in Hounslow Central

Job description:Refurbishment of bathroom. Installed in 1960 with high quality fittings. Since immersion heater was replaced with central heating 3 years ago the water has come direct from the mains. First the WC cistern kept overflowing so new ball cock fitted. Next basin hot tap started dripping then flowing so fast the gas came on. Sorted that out,then bath tap and overhead shower started dripping. So far the bidet has been OK. Now I keep the water turned off most of the time. Have been advised that the taps need rewashering & reseating. Would like the bathroom back in use, and do not want to replace it. Can you help? (Please note I am working away from home, will next be in Hounslow in mid-late May)
