Float valve needs adjusting/replacing, but access difficult as the loo fitted in vanity unit in Golcar

Job description:Water continues to run,so I think the float valve needs adjusting, but access is difficult as loo fitted o modern vanity unit incl sink. Panel immediatly behind loo does not seem to come out without taking the worktop and sink out. Does anyone have experience of this type of unit?
