Repair/Removal of in-sink waste disposal, change outside tap water pressure & tap washer replacement in Lindley

Job description: A few minor jobs need looking at: 1. Our in sink waste disposal unit has stopped working, it makes a rather worrying sound when switched on. If it can be fixed (not sure as it's a sealed unit) that would be great, otherwise simply removing it and adding in pipes would be fine. 2. The outside tap water pressure has suddenly dropped. The house pressure is fine but increasing the water pressure for outside is needed. 3. A few taps are getting a bit leaky. Could do with someone to replace a few washers and ensure they're all ship-shape again.
