Job description:renovating a property to let which needs a combi boiler installing currently only has a main 7 for the hot water, need 5 radiators, also new pipework and remove and tidy the old. Need to install new bathroom, the bathroom and kitchen are both located in the cellar, in addition to the above I am also looking to have a wc installed on the 3rd floor of the house so need some advise.
